We ship across the globe.
Chalk Studio is committed to delivering your order in premium quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays (as per the official Indian calendar). To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and within the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
HOW IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE CALCULATED FOR MULTIPLE UNITS?
- Orders to be shipped within India
- Currently, Chalk Studio offers FREE SHIPPING on ALL of its merchandise for a cart value above 799/- . We understand that you want to pick your favorite pairs of shoes without the added hassle of factoring in logistical costs.
- However, this may be subject to change in the future. So make merry while it's free! (Don't worry, we shall strive to keep it free for as long as we can)
- The cart prices during checkout are all-inclusive. All taxes are included within the list prices (with the exception of Octroi, if applicable in your region).
- Orders to be shipped outside of India
- Shipping is charged on actuals based on your Pincode.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most domestic orders (within India) are delivered within a maximum of 7-8 working days (though we strive to make it reach you even before that). For international orders, the delivery time varies from country to country. Please see the estimated delivery timelines shown during check out to know more.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?
If you think that the packaging of the product is in a bad condition or seems to have been tampered with or damaged during the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please call our customer care at +91 8447 575 557 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you.
We follow very strict quality control measures to ensure that you receive your shoes in an untampered condition. In spite of this, if you find the shoes to be damaged AFTER opening the box, you can inform us regarding the same by calling our customer care at +91 8447 575 557 or emailing us with your Order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the order. Upon receipt of the original package, we will ensure that a brand new replacement pair is sent to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us.
