Size issue

Shoe size is a little bigger than standard 38 size. Rest the footwear is amazing

Excellent service and quality shoes

This was my first time purchase from chalk studio. when I got the shoe, I fell immediately in love with them, unfortunately the strap was too small for my ankles. The team from chalk studio was very helpful in changing the strap for me and sending it back promptly. so I am quite happy. The quality and post purchase service wise, they are excellent. My feedback is related to your given email address. The mail doesn't go to the given address, so you can check what's wrong with that. Also I wouldn't call my ankles generally larger than average Indian size. so maybe if you increase the strap size, there won't be hassle of return and repair. Nonetheless, I will be shopping again! if you love particular style, go for it.
